Order Minimum

The minimum order requirement for custom screen printing, embroidery, and laser engraving is 12 pieces. 

Print Colors

We can print up to 6 spot colors per location. We do not print photographs or color gradients.

Design Service

We offer a graphic design service to accompany any screen printing, embroidery, or laser engraving order. Contact us for a custom price quote. You may also supply your own artwork.

Turnaround Time

After artwork and order details are finalized, our standard estimated turnaround for screen printing, embroidery, and laser engraving is 10 business days. If an order is being shipped, an additional 1-3 days will be added to the expected turnaround.

Payment

We accept checks, cash, and card in-store and credit card and bank transfers online. Full payment is due upon order pickup or within 30 days of pickup if a check or purchase order must be processed.

Shipping

We offer domestic shipping via UPS Ground for customers outside of the Harrisonburg, Virginia area.

Artwork Guidelines & Resources

Follow these guidelines to optimize your artwork for screen printing, embroidery, and laser engraving. We offer full graphic design services and support and are happy to advise on a case-by-case basis whether artwork will need to be adjusted. Please note that artwork changes can result in additional fees and/or production delays.

Artwork Guidelines

We prefer artwork to be submitted in vector format:

• .AI

• .EPS

• .SVG

• some .PDFs

We can also accept certain high-resolution raster artwork:

• .JPG

• .PNG

• .TIFF

Artwork should be separated by spot color, and include no more than 6 spot colors per print location.
